Katsucon is an incredible three-day celebration in honor of Japanese anime and Japanese culture. This year, it's being held February 15-17, 2013 in Washington DC. From its humble beginnings at a Holiday Inn in 1995, Katsucon has grown in attendance every year. In fact, in just two years' time, Katsucon topped 1,000 attendees.
