In fact, McGuire, Dunst, and the rest of the cast of Spidermans 1 through 3 won the hearts of fans so much that many are a bit skeptical of what the new 2012 release of The Amazing Spiderman featuring an all new storyline and cast will bring.  

This time around British actor Andrew Garfield is headlining and there will of course be a slew of other nuances as well including some slight differences in Peter Parker’s go to web slinging suit!  

Although like his predecessor Toby McGuire, Andrew Garfield’s Spidee costume is textured and tight, the texture is just slightly different and almost more amphibian or marine like.   Another stand out difference is a more abundant use of blue than red on “spidee’s” new suit.  Generally the new 2012 Spiderman costume seems to somehow be even more sleek and streamlined that the one that came just before it and even a bit more menacing and less innocent.  Fans can agree each Spiderman suit has its advantages.
